The Sweet Spot at Summit Pointe

A new 2,000 square foot tenant build-out at Summit Pointe, a distinctive metropolitan lifestyle community, located in Chesapeake, VA.  This project is a new location for The Sweet Spot, a dessert store and ice cream shop to satisfy all your confectionary cravings!  To the left, you’ll see the exterior of the new build-out completed February 2025.  The locally owned franchise serves a variety of treats including milkshakes, funnel cakes, churros, Italian doughnuts, smoothies, specialty coffees, and more.
