Commercial Eye Care Center

This ground up four thousand (4,000) square foot optical and optometry business office construction consisted of site work, demolition, parking lot, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, cabinetry, casework, specialty windows and landscaping.  It was critical to maintain the safety and security of the operations in the existing building  while the new building was constructed on the same site.  Safety was a particularly vital aspect of this project due to the fact that the existing building and the new construction were literally inches apart from one another.  Special precautions were needed to protect the new building during the demolition of the old building once the new construction was complete.
